The venue's position was central. We stopped by Mlle Cupcake for coffee and treats, it was at a moderate distance from the hotel.
Not obvious to find.

The hotel is well served by a good city bus service so you can go in the center city by bus
Is a house arranged as hotel. There is no space. Very basic furniture. Extra small bathroom. The cover bedding did not look fresh and cleaned.

Such wonderful overall experience. Charming small and well-kept accommodation with incredible setting short walk to downtown, the bus stop, and QC suburbs. The breakfast for which a voucher was provided.
Very small bathroom.

I liked the bathroom, very modern but no tub. The room was clean but small, and he said this was his best room.
We walked for over 2 hours until we got to the old city! It was only a 13 dollar cab ride back though. I was not expecting it to be that far. Plus to get to the breakfast place, it is four blocks away and as soon as you flash your vocuhers it seems the servers no longer care about you.

The owner was concerned about our welfare.

Location being near to LAVAL university.
The breakfast was very bad and was far from the hotel. One has to pay the tip as well. Check out time is 11 ama which very unconvenient. At leats it should be 13PM. Smell in the room. No cross ventilation in the room.

The room was big, very clean, with natural light, very cozy. The staff very helpful and friendly. Even the breakfast was not on site, it was a good hot breakfast. I would recommend this place to anyone. The bus is at the corner
